Due to the custom nature of made-to-order products, I cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me for resolution. 

What if my shirt arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your shirt arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out immediately with a photo of the damaged box (before opening) and damaged product, or incorrect product. A replacement will be sent to you at no additional charge. *I am not responsible for lost or undelivered items.

Due to a high volume of scams and package theft, refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages marked as delivered by USPS. Please contact USPS for information regarding missing packages, or packages that have been indicated as delivered.
